Jordan Funk is a Photographer and Visual Artist currently based in Rochester, NY. Her work explores identity and the distortion of memories.
She is currently in her graduate career at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. She has a Bachelor’s of Fine Art degree in Photography and Fine Art from Texas Woman’s University, where she studied under Susan kae Grant and Meg Griffiths.
Her current passion and area of focus is experimental and alternative processes in photography and the history of photography. She works in many different processes, such as gum bichromate, Van Dyke brown, video and moving image, and experimental photography using both digital and analog techniques. She has had work featured in the Annual John Weinkein Juried Student Exhibition at Texas Woman's University in 2017 and in Lenscratch in March of 2019.
